Chemical peel is a treatment used to generate new skin that is smoother and less wrinkled than the previous skin. A chemical solution is applied on the skin that causes it to exfoliate and eventually peel off the topmost layer. This treatment can reduce fine lines around eyes & mouth, wrinkles, sun damage, age spots, mild scars, acne & freckles.

Does this procedure have downtime?

The deeper the depth chemical peel on the skin, the longer the recovery time. Usually after the treatment, the skin peeling starts 3 days after the peel and lasts 7 days. But with proper post-treatments the recovery process can be much faster.

What should expect after chemical peel treatment?

After one treatment, when the the the skin fully recovers the skin texture improve, wrinkles reduce, alleviate acne and reduce the effects of sun damage.

How many treatments are required to obtain the optimum result?

Advised to do a series of 4-6 treatments, one month apart. The doctor will decide the exact number of treatments depend on the skin concerned.
